Kate Hulme

As a trial lawyer it is my pleasure to get to know my clients and their unique story. I do not believe there is a “run-of the-mill” type case or that every client has the same goals. I truly enjoy a passion for the law, and I love the empowerment bestowed on my clients by helping them fight back against those that have injured them.

It is my mission to demystify the legal process for victims. The aftermath of an injury can be overwhelming, scary and painful experience for most people. I understand the need for a calm in the storm and I strive to provide my clients with honest, simple answers about what to expect.

It is my firm belief that injustice impacts us all. During law school, I worked with Illinois lawmakers to enact greater protections for crime victims and successfully amended the Illinois Constitution concerning crime victim’s rights. Today, I continue to fight injustice in Colorado by championing the rights of those injured through the negligence of others. I specialize in personal injury, wrongful death, mass torts, products liability, and large loss recovery.

It is my promise to work tirelessly to provide you outstanding legal representation with care and compassion. Contact me today to schedule a free consultation. (link)

I live in Fort Collins, CO with my three children and our German Shepard: Jedidah Snugglefritz. Outside of work, I also enjoy unplugging with golf and amateur painting.
