Sara is a Fort Collins, Colorado native and concentrates in the areas of general civil litigation, prosecution and defense of bodily injury claims, premises liability, construction defect litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and creditors’ rights. She routinely represents landlords and property management companies in all aspects of property management issues. Sara is active in both state and local bar associations and was a finalist for the 2012 Gary McPherson Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award sponsored by the Colorado Bar Association and a member of the 2010 Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training. She received her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2008, where she received both the Mary Anne Chambers Service Award and Class of 1949 Leadership Award.
Sara currently serves the Fort Collins community as a Board Member of the Board of Directors for the Fort Collins Bike Co-op, which seeks to build community through bicycling. Sara is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association Joint Management Committee.
